Recruitment Strategy Review

Are the strategies/tactics your admission operation is using cultivating, converting, and yielding the number of students needed?

HIP will review conversion/yield tactics and communications from lead generation to enrollment as well as customer service and communication strategies that are currently occurring in the admission office and identify gaps and recommend tactics for strategies at each stage of the funnel based on industry best practices.

Our High Impact Practitioners consultant will interview the chief admission officer and marketing/communication leader (as well as any other staff involved in the funnel cultivation process). The conversation will examine each stage of the enrollment funnel starting with lead generation and concluding with deposit (including melt mitigation).

We will then deliver a tactical review and plan by each stage of the funnel to stimulate conversion and yield with industry best practices at an affordable cost of $5000 (plus consultant travel, lodging, and meal expenses)

Enrollment Management Mentoring

In order to consolidate expenses or save resources, colleges and universities are often combining the important function of enrollment management with other administrators (Institutional Advancement/Chief of Staff) or are hiring enrollment managers who are less seasoned in that role. Those administrators are often not set up to succeed given their lack of expertise.

We would like to help. A High Impact Practitioner seasoned expert will work one on one with the enrollment manager weekly for 1 -3 hours (depending on need) to mentor and coach a successful transition to the role.

Based on the needs of the institution and mentee, goals, objectives, and actions needed will be developed and updated each month to ensure the formation of enrollment management best practices and the development of appropriate leadership skills for an affordable cost of $1000 (plus consultant travel to campus should there be any)/month.
